Routine inspection and maintenance
90 day and annual inspections, scheduled servicing and fleet maintenance programs, on site or in our Darch workshop. We check the machine, record what is wrong and tell you what needs to happen next.
Aerial Platform Solutions carries out 90 day inspections, annual inspections and scheduled servicing for elevating work platforms across Perth and regional Western Australia. We inspect one machine or a whole fleet, on site or in our Darch workshop, and defects do not disappear into a report: we can quote and complete the repair.
Inspections
Routine inspections of the machine's operation, safety, electrical, hydraulic and structural systems.
Controls, emergency systems, alarms and interlocks. Hydraulic leaks, hoses and cylinders. Tyres, brakes, steering, pins and wear. Logbook, lubrication and a full function test.
Goes deeper than the 90 day: mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, structure and wear points, emergency systems and function speeds, the service history and written findings.
At ten years of service, and every five years after, an EWP needs a major inspection under AS 2550.10.

Scheduled servicing
A service should not be a grease and sticker visit. We work to the manufacturer requirements for the machine and look at how it is actually being used.
Fleet maintenance programs
Booking inspections is easy. Keeping track of the defects, approvals, parts and machines spread across different sites is the real job.
Machines, locations, hours, history and inspection status are confirmed.
We group the work around site access, machine demand and travel, rather than booking one machine at a time.
Findings are reported, priced, approved and tracked through to the repair.
Every inspection
We confirm the details, review the logbook and inspect the machine against its requirements.
You get a clear record of the inspection and the defects found, without vague job card language.
We can fix it on site or move the bigger work into the Darch workshop.
Common questions
Current national guidance is at least every three months while the machine is in service, with an annual inspection every twelve months. The manufacturer, how the machine is used and the working environment can require a different interval.
