This policy explains how Aerial Platform Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 63 614 730 924), trading as Aerial Platform Solutions ("APS", "we", "us"), collects, uses and looks after personal information. That usually means your name, company, phone number, email address, site or machine location, and details about your machines and the work you need done. When you visit the website, our hosting and website software may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

We use your information to respond to enquiries and breakdown calls, plan and carry out inspections, servicing and repairs, prepare quotes and invoices, keep job and machine records, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We share information only where it is needed to do the work or run the business, for example with parts suppliers and manufacturers (to identify parts or warranty information for your machine), insurers or assessors on an insurance job you have asked us to handle, our accountants, and the providers who host our website and email.
